Effectively dealing with issues related to women involved in the criminal justice system and their children is a priority for the TDTC. The Women and Children's Subcommittee explores avenues to retain female participants in the program by creating partnerships for gender specific housing options, clinical programming and a nurturing approach to women’s issues.
